About this entry: The "VISION 20/20 Annual Fund Campaign" was a targeted, unrestricted campaign for Saint Mary's School (Raleigh, N.C.). The year 2020 provided an opportunity to create a completely new strategy that was specifically mission-driven, included educational components, as well as a complete re-branding, and centered on increased giving. We started by visualizing a new logo, which played on the concept of having 20-20 vision/eyesight and paved the way for sharing our school’s future vision. We created a new logo and re-branded webpages, social media, print, digital, and social media collateral.
The VISION 20/20 kickoff video explained it all: "Saint Mary's VISION 20/20 Campaign represents great ideas for our school's future and the evolution of 'our LEGACY. her FUTURE.' This strategic vision supports our mission to educate girls in grades 9-12 for college and life and begins in the classroom. It supports students on the field or court, provides for technology and innovation, builds upon our heritage and traditions, promotes careers in every field, and honors our beautiful and historic buildings and grounds. It also includes incredible off-campus experiences, fosters our Episcopal faith, uplifts our mission, and benefits every student."
The FY20 campaign had several goals:
(1) Inspire new donors to give;
(2) Increase average donation amount;
(3) Maintain or increase total alumnae giving to the campaign;
(4) Educate donors on where their gifts are applied and the impact they have;
(5) Increase the number of leadership donors; and
(6) Raise $1.55 million by June 30, 2020.
