About this entry: NC State University’s Annual Giving team ran a successful calendar-year-end campaign that had a 9.95-to-1 return on ad spend from 12/10/19 to 12/31/19. This campaign ran a mix of static and carousel ads on Facebook and static programmatic display ads. The campaign targeted a mix of donors and non-donors whom we narrowed down by creating a lookalike audience of our donors who were aged 30-plus and who were interested in or attended NC State University.
